Guidelines for items

Our branded items promote our values and identity among all our stakeholders. Branded items strengthen our identity and can help to increase customer and employee loyalty, reminding the recipient of our company whenever the item is used. It is important that all our branded items communicate Group values and have the same look and feel as all other communication material. This is also the case for items used at specific events such as product launches, company events or exhibitions.

All Group-branded items must fulfill the following criteria:

They must be responsibly sourced
They must be correctly branded
They must be relevant to and representative of Atlas Copco Group
Their quality must be in line with our own products and service offerings
They must be reasonably priced

Usage of our logotype

Our logotype must always have full free space (on very small items where the logotype risks being compromised, 50% free space is acceptable)
Our logotype is only permitted in the defined colors, proportions and lockup

Branded items must never

Include project titles, company, division or business area names
Use colors other than the defined Group colors

The Profile Store

Atlas Copco Group offers a wide range of branded items through the webshop The Profile Store managed by an external supplier. The Profile Store assortment consists of sustainable items that reflect our brand and tell our story, ranging from office supplies to clothing to high-end gifts. The shop aims to offer a wide range of quality assured branded items that help us build relationships that last. The assortment is mapped in three main categories: core items that will always be offered, trend items that may be replaced within 2-3 years, and special collections. Anyone can create an account in the Profile Store. Once this is done, just select the item(s) you need, add them to your basket, confirm your order and everything will be properly packaged and shipped within 48 hours to your selected location. Ordering from the Profile Store is the easiest way to safeguard correctly purchased branded items as everything in the shop complies with the Atlas Copco Group's Code of Conduct and our 10-criteria checklist for responsible sourcing and manufacturing.

The Profile Store offers a continuous range of branded items for various occasions, consistently raising the bar for high-quality products and sustainable sourcing. The assortment is updated on a regular basis, making sure the offering is always up to date and relevant.

To meet the short-term need for branded items for specific events, it is possible to produce event-specific giveaways. Such items are normally not promoted in the public Profile Store but assistance and efficient solutions for ordering, handling and distribution can be offered. Branded items are very concrete representations of our identity and can, besides being suitable as external gifts, be used for decorating our offices, equipping our employees, or acting as tokens when onboarding new colleagues.

Sustainable items and responsible sourcing

We put great effort in offering high-quality, sustainable, and responsibly sourced branded items. All products in the Profile Store are kept and transported climate neutrally. Several items are also made from recycled materials such as used PET bottles and produced in accordance with the world’s toughest and most prestigious sustainability standards. By using a 3-level sustainability rating, the Profile Store makes it easy to consider the environmental impact of the branded items.
