Visual guidelines
The visual identity for employer branding is applicable to various specific employer branding collaterals and use cases. In this section, you will find guidelines on how to use this branding and templates across print and digital media.
Note:
All employer branding collaterals can also be adapted in Atlas Copco Group teal.
Flyers
Flyers are single-page collaterals that play a vital role in employer branding that, offer a concise way to communicate culture, values, and opportunities, as well as events or other relevant topics. It may have information on one side or both sides. Begin by using the flyer template provided below when designing your flyer. Both single-side flyer options feature the main image across the width of the flyer at the top, with text-based content (headline and body text) on the rest of the page.

Single page

Double side

Double side
In the double-sided version, the headline and Group EVP logotype appear in a peach band on top, and the logotype reappears in the footer on the reverse.
Posters
Start with the template when designing a poster. Accordingly, in the option below, we see a peach text box making contact with the Group tag located in the top left corner. Group EVP logotype is located in the text box in the corner diagonally opposite the Group tag.
Vertical posters

Horizontal posters
Roll-ups
Start with the template when designing a roll-up. As most roll-ups are placed in crowded locations and are viewed from a distance, the placement of key information and branding on roll-ups must be towards the top of the roll-up. Accordingly, in the option below, we see a peach text box (nested in the top of the roll-up) making contact with the Group tag located in the top left corner. Group EVP logotype is located in the text box in the corner diagonally opposite the Group tag.

Social media posts
When creating employer branding content for social media, it's essential to use specially designed templates developed for this purpose. These templates adhere to a dedicated peach color palette that visually distinguishes our employer brand from other content streams while still aligning with our overall brand identity.
Depending on the social media platform and the type of content being produced—whether it's a quote, event photo, or employee spotlight—the most appropriate template should be selected to ensure both consistency and relevance.
Follow these guidelines for the latest social media images and video sizes.
Digital ads
Digital ads promote the company as a workplace by sharing messages about culture, values, or career opportunities. They can appear on social media platforms or through Google Display placements.
Depending on the platform, formats may include static posts, story ads, carousels, or short videos. Start from the recommended ad template. Use a strong headline and image, keeping space for the Group tag and Group EVP logotype. Include a QR code or link if the ad directs users to a campaign or careers page.
Event booth
Below are sample setups of employer branding booths used at recruitment fairs. These booths demonstrate how to effectively reflect the brand identity while engaging potential talent.
Beach flags
Beach flags can be used at employer branding events such as school fairs, campus drives, and recruitment booths, both indoors and outdoors. Two versions are available—one with a pattern-dominant design featuring the Group EVP logotype band in the middle on a teal background and the other with the Group EVP logotype on a peach background.
Note:
Follow the Motion graphic guidelines for any EVP video content.
