Events

At any exhibition or event, it is important to create a buzz about the venue, stand or pavilion. It is also extremely important for the stand to be a good representation of our purpose. It should be professional in every aspect, from the design, materials and finishing to the appearance and behavior of our people managing the stand.

Stage set-up

The main screens and side screens on the stage can run content in the styles defined in templates in the sections on presentations and motion graphics.

In the stage set-up for Group events, the visual treatment will be defined by Group templates created for presentations and motion graphics

When it comes to static backdrops, there are four available options with checkered and plain background treatments.

Reception desk

The reception desk comes in two main variations: one with the desk in Atlas Copco Group teal (with the Group tag in a corner) with the backdrop in white; in the other variation the desk will appear in white (with the Group tag in a corner) with the backdrop in Atlas Copco Group teal. Note that the Atlas Copco Group logotype (with the Group message) and 'Registration Desk' label may appear either on the backdrop or the registration desk.

Standees

Standees may be in four design variations which feature basic elements – main image, Group tag, Atlas Copco Group logotype, messaging in a teal box – in various configurations.

Where only Atlas Copco Group is featured

The design of the pavilion or exhibition space will be decided by the level of association of the brand with the Group. This will determine the extent of the presence of the Group identity in the set up. Three variations are shown below. The first variation displays the Group association ("Part of Atlas Copco Group") on its own, with the brand logo also displaying the Group association (the Atlas Copco Group logotype itself is limited to the desk flag).

In the second and third variations, the Group association is not displayed, however Atlas Copco Group logotype is displayed along with the Group tag in a graphic (and on the desk flag) in the second variation. In the third variation, the Group logotype appears on the banner (sharing space with the brand logo) and also on the standee to the side.

Beach flags

Eye-catching and versatile, beach flags are great for drawing attention to a stand, pavilion or venue at events and exhibitions, both indoors and outdoors. It can also be placed at entrances to offices and facilities. As shown here, there are four versions to choose from: two are pattern-dominant with a Group logotype band in the middle. The remaining two focus on the Group logotype with one featuring only the Group logotype on a teal background and the other featuring the Group logotype along with the Group message.
